Paris Hilton loses $2million of jewellery in robbery

Paris Hilton has reportedly lost $2million of jewellery after a break-in at her home in Los Angeles.

The burglary is believed to have occurred around 5am (local time) on Friday morning, when the socialite was out partying at Bar Delux in Hollywood with Katy Perry.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department explained yesterday: “At around 5 am Friday, officers received a call from a security guard who reported that Paris Hilton’s residence had been broken into.

“According to detectives, a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves forced entry through the front door, ransacked her bedroom, took unknown property and fled.”

The investigation is continuing.
