Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed that, like all mums-to-be, she’s getting nervous at the prospect of new babies.

On Tuesday, the Sex and the City star and husband Matthew Broderick announced they were expecting twin girls via a surrogate later this summer, and SJP told the New York Daily News that she knows twins will be a handful - especially as she’s currently filming What About the Morgans and is set to start work on the second Sex and the City movie this summer.

She explained: “It’s been a complicated past few weeks. My main concern is that my husband and [six year old son James Wilkie] have enough time.

“Any complications or any anxiety I feel is normal. Any mother who wants to continue to work and have a career outside the home goes through this, so I feel very much a part of the sisterhood.

“Hopefully, our son will feel loved and taken care of. I can’t really complain because it’s my choice to work, but that doesn’t mean I don’t spend a better part of the day worrying about whether my family is getting enough [time] from me.”

Leona Lewis has followed in Madonna’s footsteps and had a horsey mishap.

The X Factor winner was walking her horse, a birthday gift from friends, in Los Angeles earlier in the week in preparation for a ride when the horse reared.

An onlooker told the Mirror: “Leona has been riding since she was a child and has never had a fear of horses. So she was really shaken up when the horse turned on her.

“Something startled the horse and it flicked its head back and smacked Leona full in the face.

“She was knocked flying by the force of it. Everyone rushed over to see if she was OK, she was holding her face in agony.

“Thankfully she didn’t need any surgery, but she was told to stay at home and rest just in case she passed out with concussion.

“She doesn’t blame the horse though - it was just one of those things.”

Madonna was briefly hospitalised for cuts and bruises after being thrown from a horse while riding in the Hamptons, New York a fortnight ago.

Sean Penn has filed for divorce from wife Robin Wright Penn just days after their 13th wedding anniversary.

The Milk star first filed divorce papers in December 2007 but after a separation of four months, the couple reconciled early last year and asked the court to dismiss their previous divorce petition.

However this week Sean started proceedings for a second time, citing “irreconcilable difference” and a formal separation date of 23rd April.

In the papers released yesterday, Sean has stipulated that each party should pay for their own legal representatives and he also does not want the court to award Robin any spousal support. However, he is willing to share joint physical and legal custody of their children, 18 year old daughter Dylan and 15 year old son Hopper.

Sean and Robin began dating in the early 1990s after his high profile divorce from Madonna. They married in 1996.

Lady Gaga has reportedly been given a month off work by her record label amid fears she’ll burn out.

The singer has been working hard - and partying hard - since releasing her debut album ‘The Fear’ last August and an inside source told the Sun that her management are worried that it’ll all end in tears if she doesn’t have some time off: “[She] has been working relentlessly since last summer.

“She has criss-crossed the globe on numerous occasions promoting her album The Fame and the pressure has now started to get to her.

“At a recent show in Atlanta she nearly collapsed on stage the day after a particularly wild night out.

“Her management have spotted the warning signs and do not want her going off the rails.

“They’ve scrapped all her commitments in August to give her time to get her head straight.”

Before then though, she’s set to play a run of gigs in the US & Australia, at Glastonbury in June and support Take That on their summer stadium tour.

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber’s eldest child was hospitalised overnight on Tuesday after developing breathing difficulties.

Twenty-one month old Alexander, known as Sasha, was taken to hospital in New York on Tuesday - causing his dad Liev to miss in the Los Angeles premiere of his new film X-Men Origins: Wolverine on Tuesday night.

A spokesperson for the couple confirmed the brief hospital stay yesterday saying: “Sasha got home today and is feeling much better after being hospitalized on Tuesday night with respiratory problems.”

The couple also have a five month old son, Sammy.

Amy Winehouse has reportedly told friends that she would like to permanently move to St Lucia.

Amy spent two and a half months on the Caribbean island at the start of the year after flying out for what was supposed to be a two week holiday. After a brief return to London last month, she flew back to the sunsoaked island - and is now quoted as telling friends that she wants to relocate there permanently.

The source told the Sun: “Amy is fed up with all the stress and trauma that comes with being in London.

“She has made so many friends in St Lucia and says it feels like home. When she returned to the UK in March she felt like a total outsider.”

The source added that she’s been looking at houses too: “She has her heart set on one house in particular.

“It is massive, right on the beach and has its own big garden, too.”
