Michael Jackson left his father nothing in his will.

The 50-year-old pop legend - who died after suffering a reported cardiac arrest last Thursday (25.06.09) - left his entire estate to his mother Katherine, three children Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II and several charities, according to a will made in 2002.

America’s prestigious business newspaper the Wall Street Journal reports the will is the last one Michael - who had a troubled relationship with his father and had accused him of physical abuse during his childhood - made.

It is understood Michael’s lawyer John Branca - who stopped working with Michael in 2006 but was reportedly rehired three weeks ago, and who arranged for Michael to buy The Beatles publishing catalogue in 1985 - could hand the document to the Los Angeles Superior Court as early as tomorrow (01.07.09).

Michael Jackson spent almost £30,000 a month on prescription drugs.

The singer reportedly consumed “mountains of medication” in the year leading up to his death last week.

Many prescriptions were purchased under the fictitious name Omar Adams. Others were paid for by the singer, but prescribed in the names of his aides and nurses.

Britain’s The Sun newspaper reports the singer - who died after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest in his Los Angeles home - was taking narcotic pain killer Vicodin, muscle relaxant Soma, sedative Xanax, antidepressant Zoloft, anti-anxiety drug Paxil and heartburn pill Priolosec at the time of his death.

A friend of Michael Jackson has claimed he is the real father of the singer’s youngest child.

Al Malnik - a restaurateur with alleged Mafia links - insists he is the biological parent of seven-year-old Prince Michael II and has pledged to help raise the boy following the ‘Thriller’ star’s death last Thursday (25.06.09).

He is quoted as saying: “I’m the one who saved Michael from bankruptcy and, in return, he said he would name me the executor of his will.

“I was a father figure to Michael and I intend to be a father figure to the son who is rightfully mine.

Katie Price launched into a furious rant at Peter Andre as the couple met for the first time since their split.

The glamour model - also known as Jordan - drove to the ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer’s house in Brighton, Sussex, yesterday (29.06.09) with the couple’s two children, Junior, four, and Princess Tiaamii, two, but was angry when Peter wasn’t there.

She yelled: “He isn’t man enough to pick up his kids. I’m f***ing taking them home.”

Peter turned up 20 minutes later, at 3.35 pm, and calmly asked her: “It’s supposed to be at 4pm so why have you come so early?”

Michael Jackson’s mother has become the temporary guardian of his three children.

Katherine Jackson was granted the order - which sees her caring for Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II - by the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (29.06.09) but she was denied temporary guardianship of the kids’ estate.

Speaking outside his home in Encino, California, Michael’s father Joe Jackson said: “We’re the parents. This is where they belong. We’re going to take care of them and give them the education they’re supposed to have.”

In a petition lodged by Katherine, it is claimed Prince Michael and Paris have “no relationship with their biological mother”, Debbie Rowe.

Katie Price took her two younger children shopping in Hove yesterday to celebrate daughter Princess Tiaamii’s second birthday.

Katie, also known as glamour model Jordan, was spotted buying items for the little girl at Toys R Us in Hove - and made sure Princess’ big brother Junior (who turned four earlier in the month) got something too.

Later on, she was spotted dropping the children off at their dad Peter Andre’s new home in the area and Katie then headed to a ‘Zero Tolerance Fight Skool’ class.
