Amy Winehouse in talks to design for Fred Perry?

Amy Winehouse is reportedly in negotiations with fashion label Fred Perry to design her own range of shirts.

The singer often wears the labels trade-mark polo shirts and a source told the Sun that she couldn’t help talking about the potential deal while enjoying herself on holiday in St Lucia.

The onlooker explained: “She was almost childishly excited and couldn’t stop talking about it.”

The source added that while Amy was in a hotel bar at the time of her revelations, she was not partying to excess and her whole holiday has been a positive time for her: “She is looking better and doesn’t seem to be drinking that much.”

A spokesperson for Fred Perry declined to comment.
