The couple began dating after meeting through friends in 2001, welcomed a daughter, Harlow, in 2003 and married in May 2006.

According to papers filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday, the exact date of the couple’s separation is “to be determined”, Medium star Patricia has cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Patricia is seeking sole physical and legal custody of their daughter, with Thomas allowed visitation access.

The papers also indicate that Patricia will not seek spousal support from Thomas - but doesn’t want him to have any from her either. Sources close to the family say the couple do not have a prenuptial agreement.
