Jennifer Love Hewitt back to work but sad about split

Jennifer Love Hewitt has headed back to work after splitting from fiancee Ross McCall over the holidays.

Jennifer and fellow actor Ross got engaged in November 2007 after dating for two years but are said to have split recently after their relationship ran its course.

A source on the set of Jennifer’s TV show The Ghost Whisperer told People magazine: “She is always so professional. She would never even think to miss a day of work because of personal problems.”

But the source added she seemed down: “She is usually very bubbly, but she is more quiet and seems sad [now].

“She usually hangs out with the crew between takes, but [yesterday] she was only hanging out with her bodyguard.”
