Sandra Bullock & husband Jesse James want full custody of his daughter?

Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James may file for permanent custody of his daughter from a previous relationship.

Five year old Sunny was born to Jesse’s ex-girlfriend Janine Lindemulder after the couple had split up and Jesse had already begun dating Sandra. Up until now, Jesse and Janine have shared custody of the little girl - with Sandra enjoying her role as step-mum - but the Speed star and her husband have now been granted full custody while Janine spends six months in a federal prison on tax evasion charges.

A source told the National Enquirer: “This is a dream come true for Sandra, but it’s Janine’s worst nightmare.

“Janine is worried that, while she’s in prison, Jesse will file another motion with the court to gain permanent full custody.

“Sandra loves Sunny like her own flesh and blood, and will completely support Jesse if he chooses to fight for full custody.”

Janine was found guilty of failing to pay more than $200,000 of income tax and after the jail time, must complete further custodial time in a residential community corrections centre.

Sandra and Jesse married in July 2005.
