rachel stevensStrictly Come Dancing finalist Rachel Stevens has said she thinks her ex-boyfriend Jeremy Edwards will win Dancing on Ice - but his training will have to be even more rigorous than her’s.

She explained recently: “Learning to dance was hard enough on the floor, but on ice it would be even worse. It’s scary the amount of times we fell over.

“On a show like this it would be more painful. But he is a very disciplined person, so I’m sure he’ll be really good.”

Rachel and Jeremy dated for three years until 2004 and remain friends. Jeremy is now set to marry girlfriend Lydia Metz while Rachel is engaged to actor Alex Bourne.

Jeremy and skating partner Darya Nucci’s first dance of the series scored the joint second highest mark on last night’s show.
