amy winehouseAmy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil has reportedly instructed his lawyer to start divorce proceedings after seeing pictures of her with another man.

Amy, who has been in St Lucia in the Caribbean since before Christmas, has made no secret of her holiday fling with Josh Bowman and told reporters that she’s delighted how different Josh is from Blake.

However, she is quoted as telling fellow guests at her luxury resort that she knows it won’t last with Josh: “Josh has gone home. He was lovely. But it was a holiday thing.”

According to the Sun, she added: “I still love my Blake. While he’s locked away, I’m still gonna have a good time. He can’t do anything about it.”

But lawyer Henri Brandman told the Daily Mail that Blake can - and has - done something about it and has instructed Brandman to begin divorce proceedings on the basis of Amy’s adultery.

A source explained: “Amy’s really been rubbing Blake’s nose in it with this thing with Josh and he’s livid.

“Because she’s clearly been unfaithful, he could challenge her for more money than he could done if she’d instigated the action - he might even go after half of her £10million fortune.”

Amy and Blake married in a quickie ceremony in Florida in May 2007 but in November 2007, Blake was arrested and sent to jail over his part in an assault and an attempt to pervert the course of justice. After violating his parole conditions last month, he is now expected to remain in jail until 2011.
