dannii minogueDannii Minogue is reportedly set to be dumped from The X Factor’s judging panel - but only if the show’s producers can find the right person to replace her.

Dannii has been rumoured to be facing the chop since Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole was brought onto the show in place of Sharon Osbourne last summer - and now an inside source has told the Sun that producers are actively looking for Dannii’s replacement.

The source explained: “It’s no secret they like to revamp the show every year. The chatter about Dannii going is deafening.

“But it has to be the right person, otherwise there is no point in replacing her.

“They want someone as good as Cheryl Cole, who has been sensational.”

Dannii, along with Cheryl and other judge Louis Walsh, is set to enter contract talks with producers including Simon Cowell this spring ahead of the start of the next round of auditions in the summer.

Charlotte Church has said that she’d love to join the panel - if she could work something out regarding her children - and producers are also said to be eyeing up the possibility of working with Lily Allen.
