Eoghan QuiggX Factor star Eoghan Quigg has reportedly found himself a new girlfriend.

In the last few weeks of the talent contest in December, the 16 year old was frequently linked to his fellow contestant Diana Vickers - with their relationship seemingly confirmed by Simon Cowell’s announcement at a press conference that they were “two kids in love” and a public passionate kiss at the show’s after-party.

However, Diana, who split from her boyfriend of eight months just days after she was voted off the show in the semi-final, denied they were anything more than “bessie mates” and now Eoghan has seemingly confirmed that denial by showing off his new girlfriend at a recent gig.

According to the Mirror, Eoghan invited Eimear Morran, nicknamed Molly, onto the stage with him while performing at the Abbey Hotel in Donegal Town.

A source told the newspaper: “He brought her on stage and was very affectionate towards her. He sang to her, then kissed her intensely at the end of the song.”

Eoghan reached the final of the ITV talent show in December but came third behind boyband JLS and eventual winner Alexandra Burke. Eoghan will be reunited with Diana and other X Factor contestants during the show’s UK tour next month.
