Amy Winehouse to relocate to Jamaica to record next album?
After six weeks in St Lucia, Amy Winehouse is reportedly planning to switch Caribbean islands.
The star flew out to St Lucia before Christmas for a two week holiday but after enjoying herself so much, repeatedly extended her stay on the sun-soaked island. She is now expected to return to London later this month - for both work requirements and to see husband Blake Fielder-Civil in jail - but is then planning on flying back out to the Caribbean.
A source told the Sun: “Amy is having the time of her life in St Lucia and doesn’t want it to end.
“She is looking and feeling so much better and is worried about the bad influences waiting for her back in London.
“She has written a big chunk of her new album and has told bosses she wants to go to Jamaica to record it.
“They are keen to accommodate her as long as she keeps getting better and carries on working.”
Amy claims to have been drug-free throughout her holiday and despite reports of heavy drinking, insists she’s better and healthier than she’s been in a long time.
