amy winehouseAmy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil is reportedly planning on compiling a dossier of evidence against the star to use in their potentially forthcoming divorce.

Blake, who is currently in jail after being found guilty of assault and perverting the course of justice, is said to have started split proceedings from the singer after she had a very public holiday fling over Christmas. Amy has said she won’t let him divorce him - but Blake’s legal team is said to be pressing on.

A source close to the couple has revealed that Blake’s lawyer Henri Brandman is now contacting other men Amy is rumoured to have slept with during Blake’s imprisonment, with the hope that they’ll testify against her in the divorce proceedings: “Amy’s sleeping around has hurt Blake more than anything else.

“Just because he’s been in prison, it doesn’t mean their marriage vow to be faithful to each other is null and void.

“Some of her exes are still close to her so they probably won’t cooperate but others have realised their mistake and are more than eager to tell all.”

Blake is rumoured to be planning to challenge Amy for half of her £10million fortune.
