amy winehouseAmy Winehouse has reportedly changed her mind again about the future of her marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil.

The singer was said to be in talks with divorce lawyers in December but then called off the split at Christmas with the hope of reconciling with imprisoned Blake. After her much publicised holiday fling the follwing week though, Blake started his own proceedings against Amy - but she pledged that she wouldn’t let him divorce her. However now Amy is said to be on board with the divorce again - and is putting plans in place to ensure that he can’t make a challenge for her estimated £10million fortune.

The singer has been on holiday in St Lucia since the middle of December but is expected to fly back to the UK this week to meet with lawyers. A source told the Sun: “Amy wants nothing more to do with Blake. She’s [coming] back to form a battle plan.”

A second source told the Mirror that Amy has decided she doesn’t “owe him nothing” (sic): “This is set to become the most acrimonious celebrity split of 2009. The knives are out. If Amy has her way, their divorce will make Heather Mills and Paul McCartney’s look like a stroll in the park.

“Blake has been bad-mouthing her and Amy feels totally betrayed. She supported him the entire time he was banged up first time around, and this is the thanks she gets.

“When he was released from jail and packed off to rehab, he didn’t even inform her. The first she heard of it was when the clinic invoiced her for £36k - she still has the fax to prove it.

“On top of this, Amy spent in excess of half a million pounds on Blake’s legal team in the past year, as well as on presents and surprises for him.

“What with the moral grounds for complaint - his public bad-mouthing of her - Amy decided to reduce her initial offer of ‘£100,000 take-it-or-leave-it’, to zero.

“She’s adamant he’s been living off her coat-tails for too long and does not deserve a penny more. Amy is turning her life around and wants Blake out of it.”

After meeting with divorce lawyers, Amy is expected to return to the Caribbean - to work on her next album in Jamaica.
