Frank Lampard and Elen RivesWAG Elen Rives has reportedly dumped her footballer fiance Frank Lampard.

The couple, who have been together since 2002 and two children together, are said to have split up after a holiday in Florida.

A source told the News of the World: “It’s the saddest thing Elen’s ever had to do, but the love has gone.

“She was the one who ended it and she’s the one who’s moving out.

“Frank will continue to play a very active role in his children’s lives and see them every day. But he and Elen have grown apart. The passion has gone out of the relationship.

“There have been no huge rows - though obviously there were massive problems when he was splashed over the papers with other women.”

England star Frank is said to have bought Elen a house close to the £3million London townhouse they used as their family home so he can stay close to young daughters Luna and Isla.

The source added: “They are not married so there is no messy divorce to go through. This is as straightforward a break-up as you can get. Frank is keen to remain friends and he can’t bear to be too far from the girls.”

A spokesperson for Lampard confirmed the news saying: “Frank and Elen have separated. No one else is involved - they have simply grown apart. This is private matter and they won’t be making any further comment.”
