Dancing on Ice’s Zoe Salmon: I want to be James Bond, well, Jane Bond

Dancing on Ice’s Zoe Salmon has revealed she’d love to star in a Bond movie - not as a Bond girl, but actually as the secret spy instead.

The former Blue Peter presenter explained: “I’ve done acting before and it’s something I’d like to do more of. I’m thinking more Hollywood than Hollyoaks.

“I’d like to be the next Bond - Jane Bond. There should be a Bond spin-off like with Torchwood and Doctor Who. I don’t think you need to be a boy to be Bond.

“I could come in as his long lost secret agent sister and take over the world.”

She jokingly added: “I’m not too sure [who would be] my Bond boy yet. I think any A-list actor would do - even Brad Pitt. But I’ll have to have a think about that.

“My Bond gadget would be a phone that did loads of crazy things like watering my garden while I’m off saving the world.”
