amy winehouseAmy Winehouse is reportedly set to return to the UK after more than two months in the Caribbean after her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was released from jail yesterday.

Blake left HMP Edmunds Hill in Suffolk yesterday after being released to drug rehab for a second time. He was previously released to rehab in November but was recalled to jail after breaking conditions of his parole - reportedly failing a drugs test then fleeing the facility to visit Amy, who was then hospitalised in London.

After Blake returned to jail, Amy had talks with lawyers about divorcing him then changed her mind over Christmas - only for him to start divorce proceedings against her after she indulged in a very public holiday romance.

A source close to the star told the Sun that Amy is planning to fly home to meet with Blake in an effort to patch-up their relationship again: “Hearing Blake was out brought lots of emotions back for Amy.

“She feels like she was the last to know he was getting released and that hurt. [But] she is desperate to see him again and wants to work things out. She still loves him.

“She thinks their fights and problems are romantic in a tortured love kind of way. We think it’s a bit sad - and very dangerous. But I suppose if he can really quit drugs and they can have a clean, healthy relationship then we’d have to wish them luck.”

When asked about his divorce yesterday, Blake told reporters that it’s “all going ahead but I don’t really know what will happen”.

Blake was arrested and incarcerated in November 2007 for attempting to pervert the course of justice after an assault charge. He was found guilty of both charges last summer and sentenced to 27 months in jail.

Amy has spent most of Blake’s prison time in and out of hospital for conditions related to her drug abuse but insists she has been clean since flying out to St Lucia before Christmas.
