lindsay lohanLindsay Lohan is reportedly planning to convert to Judaism to show her commitment to girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay, who has previously dabbled with Jewish teachings in the form of Kabbalah, visited a synagogue with Samantha in London on Friday and returned again yesterday as Sam’s official date for the bar mitzvah of her half-brother Joshua Ronson.

A source explained: “Lindsay was brought up a Catholic but she saw a lot of wisdom in Kabbalah and now sees that in other Jewish teachings too.

“Sam isn’t a strict follower of the religion but she appreciates Lindsay’s interest in it. She likes the idea that it might change Lindsay’s focus from being outward to being inward, and thinks that can only help their relationship.”

The women have been dating for over a year but only went public with their relationship last summer.
