The Sugababes going on “indefinite break”
The Sugababes are reportedly splitting up after eight years of hits.
Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena and Siobhán Donaghy started the group at the age of 13 in 1998 and signed a record deal a year later. Siobhán left the trio shortly after they released their first album ‘One Touch’ and was replaced by Heidi Range, and Celebrity Big Brother star Mutya was replaced by Amelle Berrabah in 2005. The group as an entity has racked up 16 Top Ten singles and sold five million albums - but a source close to the women has now said they’re done.
The source told the News of the World: “”They want to say goodbye to their loyal fans with a farewell tour [and] they haven’t ruled out getting back together in a year but they’re officially on an indefinite extended break.
