jade goodyJade Goody’s spokesperson has said he suspects the reality TV star will die in hospital - despite her begging her to be allowed home.

Jade was transferred back to the Royal Marsden Hospital in London last week after undergoing emergency surgery to remove a blockage in her bowel at another hospital a week ago. Prior to that, she had been admitted to a hospice after medical staff were unable to adequately control her pain medication at her home in Upshire, Essex.

Speaking after Jade and her sons’ christening yesterday, her spokesperson Max Clifford explained: “It’s unclear how long Jade has. I’m no medical expert but I doubt she will leave the hospital [again].

“The important thing is the quality of the life she has left.”

But sources close to the reality TV star say she is adamant about dying at home and has begged her new husband Jack Tweed and mum Jackiey Budden to make sure it happens.

A source told the People newspaper: “Jackiey and Jack are torn. They want to comply with Jade’s wishes but don’t want to see her suffer. She’s in the best place to control her pain.”

A source from the hospital in Fulham, London has previously said that a “mercy dash” may be made in Jade’s final few hours so she can be at home when the time comes, but kept comfortable in hospital until then.
