Jennifer Aniston: I hope to be good friends with Brad Pitt again one day

Jennifer Aniston has said she hopes she’ll be “good friends again” with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

The couple were married for seven years before separating at the start of 2005. The split was amicable at first but became messier when Brad quickly became involved with Angelina Jolie, even though he has repeatedly denied he was unfaithful to Jennifer.

Speaking to Hello magazine recently, the former Friends star said: “I don’t regret any of that time with Brad and I’m not here to beat myself up about it.

“They were seven very intense years together and it was beautiful and complicated.

“I will love Brad for the rest of my life - you can’t take away good memories. Were there times when I had a little ‘pity party’ for myself? Of course. Who hasn’t done that?

“[But] I really do hope that we’ll be good friends again at some point.”
