jade goodyJade Goody is said to be “very fragile” but relieved to be home.

The reality TV star was transferred from the Royal Marsden Hospital in London yesterday to her home in Upshire, Essex after doctors stabilised her pain management. She is said to have begged her family and doctors to allow her home so she could spend some of her remaining days with her sons, Bobby and Freddie, who were not allowed to visit her in hospital. She is being cared for around the clock by specialist nurses and spending most of her time asleep - but can see the five year old and four year old boys during the short times she is awake.

Her spokesperson Max Clifford told BBC Breakfast: “She’s very fragile .. but she’s so happy to be home, as it means she can spend as much time as she has left with her boys.

“Had she not have been at home, it would have been very different apart with her not being able to see them that often, apart from at weekends as they are at school.

“Now that she can see them, she’s very happy about that.”

A source close to the family added to the Mirror: “[Her homecoming] was all too much for Jack. He could hardly stop the tears.

“Jade wakes briefly from time to time but slips under again quickly.

“There won’t be many comings and goings now. Jade just wants her mum, Jack and the boys. No one knows how long she has left. It’s impossible to predict.”
