britney spears on tourBritney Spears‘ life on tour is reportedly even more restrictive than her life in Los Angeles under her dad’s control.

The singer’s social life has been limited since her dad Jamie Spears was appointed her conservator in February last year: she has not been allowed her own mobile phone, to see certain friends or to go out partying without his permission - to start with she wasn’t even allowed to drive her own car. And sources close to the tour team say she’s got similar restrictions on her downtime during her 36 date North American tour.

A source explained: “When she’s staying in hotels, she’s not allowed to leave unless accompanied by bodyguards and informing her dad and manager of her intended destination.

“She’s also not allowed to see [her ex-husband] Kevin Federline without them present either.

“She’s still not allowed a cell phone or allowed on the internet without supervision, and she isn’t allowed junk food either and has to read the Bible every day.

“She says she feels like a prisoner or like a circus animal, being wheeled out to perform on demand.”

Britney is said to have had to agree to her dad’s continued supervision in order to acquire the necessary insurance for the tour and her continued access to her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden.
