britney spearsBritney Spears has reportedly enraged ex-husband Kevin Federline by not spending enough time with her sons on her tour - even after weeks of legal wrangling to ensure she could.

Britney, Kevin and their legal teams spent weeks discussing the arrangements before Britney’s Circus tour kicked off in New Orleans at the start of last month. Britney wanted sons Sean and Jayden to accompany her on the tour so she could maintain her usual visitation rights, and it was eventually agreed that the boys would be based at one of three homes - Louisiana, New Jersey and Los Angeles - for the duration, and Britney would visit them there. Kevin, who Britney dumped in October 2006, would also be paid around $5000 a week for the inconvenience of having to move with the boys.

The arrangement is said to have worked well to start with - with Britney taking the boys to Disney World in Florida between shows - but a source told OK magazine that the novelty has now worn off.

The source claims Britney has rearranged her visitations sessions with the toddlers for a variety of reasons - but the one that annoyed Kevin the most is when she went out to a bar with her backup dancers: “He didn’t sign up to be the babysitter so she could party.

“The idea was to accommodate Britney’s alleged desire to continue seeing the boys on her regular schedule.

“They had a huge argument, with Kevin yelling at Britney that he’s done and taking the boys home.

“He wants out of this arrangement and he’ll go back into court to get it changed if he has to.”
