Joel Madden giving up his beloved home office for second child

Nicole Richie & Joel Madden are reportedly having to rejig their home when their second child arrives later this year.

The couple are renting a three-bedroom property on Outpost Drive in Hollywood and up until now, Joel has used the third bedroom for his office - but with their second child set to make its grand debut in the summer, Nicole wants to move their 15 year old daughter Harlow out of the nursey and into a “big girl’s room”.

A source told OK magazine: “Nicole plans to redo Joel’s office in pink and frills.

“She’s told him he either has to move to the garage or put his laptop in the kitchen!”

But the source added while it’s an inconvenience for Joel to give up his workspace, “he’s thrilled to death that they are expecting another baby.”
