Some of Hollywood’s “first ladies” stepped out yesterday for the “First Ladies of Africa Health Summit” at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
Guests included Paris Hilton, Naomi Campbell, Jessica Alba, Billy Zane and Sex and the City star Kristin Davis.
