Kim Kardashian has revealed she’s got no qualms about having cosmetic surgery as she gets older.

The socialite has previously denied going under the knife, laughing off suggestions of “butt implants” and the like, but speaking at Maxim’s 10th Annual Hot 100 party in Santa Monica on Wednesday, she told Us Weekly this week: “I am down for it. One day I will definitely get [surgery].

“I would probably get my boobs done after I have kids.

“I think every woman needs a good lift after they have kids, so I would start with that.

“You never know what else I would need - it depends on what I would look like when I get older. But I would definitely do something.”
