Nicole Scherzinger has revealed she and boyfriend Lewis Hamilton may get engaged later this summer.

The Pussycat Dolls star met Formula One ace Lewis at the MTV Video Awards in Munich in 2007 but only began dating early last year. Since then Nicole has repeatedly hinted that he might be “The One” for her, and that she’d love to have a child with him.

Now she’s told Hello magazine: “Would I get married? For sure and, yeah, the Dolls can be the bridesmaids.

“But I have to get engaged first. Late July is looking good for that.

She added: “Marriage is a seal of love. On my solo album I have sung about how much I love that and what the whole process would mean to me.

“Who needs a reason to seal their love?”
