Penny Lancaster is reportedly pregnant with her second child.

Penny gave birth to son Alastair in November 2005 before marrying the boy’s dad Rod Stewart in 2007. The couple have been trying for a baby since then but without success - until possibly now.

A source close to the former lingerie model revealed: “Penny found out when she was just a few weeks in and they couldn’t be happier about it.

“She’s just starting to show now so they’ll have to announce it soon.”

Earlier in the year, Penny revealed: “Rod wrote in my Valentine’s card, ‘Let’s make baby No2′. And now it’s definitely the right time. We will be trying for another as soon as we can fit it in - we’re ready now.

“A little girl would be wonderful as it would be a little playmate for Alastair. We’ll be happy to stop at that.”

Rod has seven children already including Alastair, most notably socialites Kimberly Stewart and Sean Stewart.
