Kylie Minogue and boyfriend Andres Velencoso have reportedly got engaged and are set to exchange rings this weekend.

A source close to the Australian singer told Grazia magazine that male model Andres, Kylie’s boyfriend of seven months, sort of popped the question recently: “He apparently told her he wanted to wake up next to her every day for the rest of his life.

“She asked him if he knew what he was saying and if he was serious, and when he said yes and that he wanted to marry her, she was thrilled.

“She couldn’t stop shrieking for joy.”

The source added: “Everyone is convinced Kylie has found her soulmate in Andres.

“She is quite clearly head-over-heels in love and he equally seems to adore her.”

This week, the couple celebrated Kylie’s 41st birthday in Rome but are expected to fly back to his native Catalonia this weekend.
