Christina Ricci has reportedly called off her engagement to boyfriend Owen Benjamin.

A source close to the couple told People magazine: “Owen had a birthday party this past Sunday, and everything seemed fine.

“Sometime after, they got into a fight and decided to re-evaluate things. [Then] the engagement was off.

Another source added: “They really are still close. They talk almost every day.

“It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They’re definitely still friends.”

The couple began dating in 2008 after meeting on the set of All’s Faire in Love and announced their engagement in March.
