jonas_brothers.jpgThe Jonas Brothers’s mum Denise Jonas has spoken about her son’s love lives in the new interview.

The brothers - 16 year old Nick, 19 year old Joe and 21 year old Kevin - have each had a number of high profile relationships but famously wear silver rings, a symbol that they’re not going to have sex before marriage.

Denise told Good Housekeeping that she thinks the boys have been unfairly attacked for their abstinence: “They’ve been criticized for proclaiming things they never proclaimed. And what’s the criticism? They don’t want to go out there giving everyone an STD? What’s so terrible about that?

“They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone. If they make a mistake, I’m not going to hate them.

“I don’t think they are above or below being seduced. I would be foolish if I thought that. They are tested and tested, like everyone of us. I pray for them.”

She added: “I try to guide them with their choices. They have been hurt in relationships by girls. But it’s just about growing up and learning what it means to be in a relationship.”

Nick dated fellow teen star Miley Cyrus for two years and was last linked to Selena Gomez; Joe dated Taylor Swift last year and has been most recently linked to Camilla Belle; and Kevin has been dating Danielle Delesa since last year.
