Katie Holmes will have to keep quiet for a while longer

fametastic-bot April 12, 2006 17:02
Not only has Katie Holmes got to keep quiet during the imminent birth of her baby, she’s apparently agreed not to talk to it for at least seven days after it’s been born either. According to Scientology beliefs, if new born babies hear their mother speaking, they will associate that…

I stated how I felt about this arrangement early on when it first hit the airways and I left the situation alone. But, I will say, Katie, will and probably is wishing she would have thought this situation out a little more clearly before rushing into a relationship with this individual. Let’s face it, it is clear that Tom has some deep rooted issues…

Katie…as the saying goes “young and dumb”….A little advice take your baby and RUN!!!

What planet is Tom Cruise on? Firstly I would like to point out if Katie is to remain silent for 7 days following the birth, (according to Scientology beliefs, if new born babies hear their mother speaking, they will associate that voice with the trauma of birth). What long-term effect will this have on this poor baby? After all this baby has been listening for the last 9mths to it’s mother’s voice, once out babies want to hear that familiar voice to feel safe and secure! This baby will doing nothing but scream the house down for a week wondering where on earth it’s mother is! I would also like to see him keep silent whilst trying to give birth. Oh how I wish that men could give birth!

I think that it is Katie Holmes’ choice to do whatever she wants. as a teenager, she was and is one of my favorite actresses, and i respect her decision wholeheartedly. i admit, i am worried about her and the beby, but she should have the right to believe in whatever she wants without being judged by other sinners. Some of the scientology beliefs are a little bit harsh, but it is what she wanted. i mean come on, is it such a big scandal for what people believe in? im methodist, so why dont you just shoot me. I have never had a baby yet, but am pregnant, and the way someone brings up their baby is entirely up to them, as long as there is no abuse involved. So all of you should just grow up, and stay out of other people’s business cause you have nothing better to do.

i can’t wait until she breaks free of the brainwashing and is seen running, half-naked, through Hollywood, with a gang of scientologists trying to lasso her back into the fold.

the ensuing lawsuits will provide entertainment for a decade.

Man, Katie is just in too deep. In my opinion, Tom does have issues and it seems like he likes to take control over everything in Katie’s life and that baby’s. i had a husband that controlled everything, but thanks to God above I left with my four children and raised them by myself with lots of love and patient discipline. They are today four healthy respectful and respected children. Katie, if you don’t talk to your baby soon after birth, it may grow up to be a controling abusive man…..maybe like Tom??
