You need to get strong again- you have a lot of people who love you and admire you. I am a deputy head and I cannot tell you how many kids love you at my school. I am 33 and my dads worked the clubs in Stoke- I was offered a contract at the same age as you-I often regret not taking the chance- but I think I did the right thing. Just remember your root to life and find what you want from life.
