Tom has custody of the kids, they live with him in California. Look at how controlling he is, do you think he’s going let Nicole spend much time with the kids? If Tom and Katie split, Tom wants sole custody of Suri. He’s a control freak! Also Nicole stays out of the public eye, I think TC seeks it out.
