I’ve treated more than 500,000 patients with Dr. Siegal’s COOKIE DIET since I created it in 1975. While my patients certainly report that my cookies control their hunger for food, I can’t recall any of them reporting a similar effect on their sexual appetite. On the contrary, as you might expect, your libido tends to increase as you lose excess weight and your self-image improves.
