Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt criticised for violent films & politics by Roseanne

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been criticised by Roseanne Barr for their “violent, psychopathic movies” and Angelina’s indecision about the forthcoming US presidential election. Writing on her blog in a post called “Jon Voight”, the comedian says the Midnight Cowboy actor is owned by “neocons”, who “make him dance”…

Whilst I think Ms Barrs’ comments slightly harsh, she does have a point about the movies they make.

she is a bit harsh but she is right. They make tons of money making violent films, they give away three millions ( which is nothing for them) and make it seem very generous.

Whilst the comments do seem a little ‘steady on’… she is absolutely on the spot when it comes to the African suffering that has been endured throught centuries and of which the USA is aware and plays a part in. War as always is a good money maker and the USA government will always put that before anything else! Wake up Angelina and smell the grass…. no the other one!!!

In comparison to so many other Hollywood “stars” who give a total of FA and could care less about anything at all apart from the next Gucci bag, boob job and fitness video? Give me AJ and BP as well as Mr Clooney et al. who do care and do contribute and do try to raise issues.
Roseanne may have some points to make, but as usual risks alienating many by her pitbull tactics.

3 million?
who says they gave three million?
they gave more than that..
they just gave 14million that gets dispersed to several charities including the one where they just donated money to have a clinic built in Ehtiopia.
Not to mention the land they managed to bring back to life after the villagers plundered all its resources in Cambodia…
Not to mention that they gave 5 million to the project in New orleans..
some one needs to get thier calculator right and stop listening to idiots like roseanee that if you were to look into her donatins would barely hit the thousand mark.
But if you chosse to be ignorant thats you perogative. Just a waste.

Update
Roseanne had to eat her words.
She apologized.

She probably forgot to take her meds that day.

well instead of critisizing how much money people make and give away to charities, why dont they make it compulsary for he big earners that do sh*t for a living than either playing football or acting. people tat actually save lives and help others should get the big wage! all of us normal people should agree with me. yes its nice for them to doante all this money, well they obvously dont need it so why dont they give up this wage and give it to the people that risk their lives to save others and heal others when they are sick.

ha Alex, you get the words from my mouth. First, Roseanne who BTW?? Was she dumped by Jon Voight in her teens? Second, how much does she give for charities? And last, why doesn’t she attack those who give and do NOTHING instead of the others? Please that woman is a joke!!!!!!

I just had to give up all my studies because of a teacher who identifies in an unhealthy way with Pitt`s psychopathic roles. He refuses not to include Pitt`s movies into every lesson (moral philosophy and cognitive psychology) and to renounce the violence they include in any way. He claims the movies are essential in understading the meaning of life which is “violence is fun, it makes one feel”, “life has no real value or meaning, so do what you want”, etc. Seeing how the other students or teachers have embraced the moral of the films and the teacher (“because everybody watches them”) I think that Hollywood movies cause an enormous amount of violence and suffering. What kind of a holocaust do people need before they include true moral values in the movies? Barr should NOT apologize.
