I like to think of some of my phobias as having a reasonably rational basis: vats of hot cooking oil and injections (although I’m ok with piercings so it’s not really the needle bit).
Less rationally: semi-darkness (completely darkness is better; semi-darkness reminds me of frustrating nightmares as a child) and shaking hands with people. Shudder. :) -lucy :) |
