I really think Miley cares for Justin, but lately I’m not sure about Justin. I think he may have seen an opportunity because Billy Ray was so kind to him & tried to help him with a career, that perhaps he may now be using Miley. Where was he on her birthday? and the night before at that party without her. In NYC on 11-26 he looked distant toward her compared to 11-24 in LA. I hope he does not hurt her. She would be better off giving him the boot now, rather than later. As far as the 4 year age difference, I believe Miley is much more mature for her age & Justin seems immature, so they are probably relatively the same age. It must be hard in this business not knowing if someone likes you for you or your fame & money.
