Getty was actually not separated at the time of the affair, now all of a sudden he has too much baggage, he has always had baggage that what happens when you get involved with a married man with 4 children,and she can’t commit to anything for more than a few month. Selfish and egotistical as usual, she will never change.

I think this is all about damage control, she is desperate to get her career on track, and he still has not filed for divorce, seems weird to me, but then there is a lot of money involved here, Getty made a comment after the Kimmel show when asked about his affair with Miller " What was I thinking, I love my family and I am trying to do the right thing now." With them two nothing is simple.

i agree with you sunseeker. about what you had put, on this page. ie sienna miller saying that balthazar getty, has to much baggage. well hes allways had to much. he should of got a divorce in the first place.

Sienna went to LA most likely on a missions and as a last ditch effort to reel in Getty but he is no longer that into her. She got dumped. The most likely reason he kept on with her was that his wife found out through the press prematurely and he had to make a statement that he had separated from Rosetta to protect his wife and family from further humiliation of his public sex with Sienna. Rosetta had refused to take him back so he had to park with Sienna and had fun for awhile but knew he would not want her to have anything to do with his children. Nor would he marry her. He went downhill thereafter (alcohol, drugs, career) but may have finally decided to turn things around and be a good father to his kids and finally listened to his family and well meaning friends to slam the doors on this amoral hedonistic female. He may have gone back to his counsellor/rehab.
