We've had to moderate a number of comments on the main site this week because of some commenters being aggressive to other members of the Fametastic community.
We have not blocked any accounts (etc) but are moderating comments as they come in - those just attacking other users will be deleted. As before, we won't censor valid comments about celebrities.
We recognise that various personal attacks had been happening - to a lesser extent - for a little while and perhaps we should have nipped it in the bud earlier to stop it getting out of hand as it did this week. However, we were reluctant to start moderating comments then because we thought things would calm down of their own according without us having to take a censoring role.
A large number of people - from all over the globe, speaking many different languages - comment on Fametastic regularly and we would like for it to be a fun and friendly place for celebrity gossip fans to congregate and express their views on celebrities - whatever those views happen to be. Please help us make and keep it that way :)
