   The paternity battle over Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn has got even more complicated now that Anna Nicole has died.

   Who do you think should get custody of the five month old baby?

   Do you think Larry Birkhead is the biological father and if so, does that mean he should automatically get custody?

   Or do you think Howard K Stern, the father named on the birth certificate, is Dannielynn's real dad? And even if he isn't, should he get custody anyway because that's what Anna Nicole clearly wanted?

   Or should Anna Nicole's mum, Virgie Arthur, get custody as Anna Nicole's reported legal next of kin?

   Or should someone else entirely look after the tot?

   I vote four. There has to be a reason for a woman to do so much research and to leave her home for another Country that does not favor biological fathers, "just to avoid a paternity test?" There has to be more to the story than just those nasty emails he sent. There must be more to Larry Birkhead than meet's the eye. The same with Howard Stern.As far as Anna Nicole's mother goes??? Well, she proved with her actions that her daughter was right about her mother. All she cares about is what she wants and she does not give a damn about about Anna Nicole. She has repeatedly made statements before and after her daughters death publicly regarding her belief in her daughters drug addiction and then turns to Judge Seidlin and tells him "If I knew my daughter was so deeply into drugs I would have gone and kidnapped her".This woman would emotionally damage her granddaughter as she did her daughter.
